| Booking |
In order to book definitely is required a 30% down payment. Balance to be paid on arrival. |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation at least 3 months before the arrival date, half of the down payment will be paid back. |

| Regulations |
- On the arrival it is necessary to leave the identity card in order to fill in the registration form.
- Persons who did not register on their arrival are not permitted to be accommodated in the apartments.
- Silence has to be kept from 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. and from 2 until 4 p.m.
- In case of damages made because of improper use of things and in apartments inside of the farm, those damages have to be paid by the each guest
- The property refuses any responsability for loss, theft or damage of things left in the apartment.
- The respect of these regulations is compulsory; in the contrary case, we see us forced not to allow the continuing of the stay.
