• Arrival
  From 4 until 7 p.m. (Please respect the time!)
• Departure
  Within 10 a.m. (Please respect the time!)
• Minimum Stay
  1 week during seasons C and D, 2 nights during seasons A and B.
• The price includes
  Electricity, water, gas,air conditioning, bed linen and towels with weekly change, pool towels, baby bed plus highchair,use of the swimming pool, table tennis, table football, tennis, basket, boccia, barbecue, pizza ofen, parking, use of the washing machine, use of swimming pool's equipment with private place on the solarium, taxes, farm's produce welcome gift.
• The price doesn't include
  Heating (EUR 10/day for each apt.), final cleaning (EUR 50), EUR 70 for apartment OLIVO. WiFi available inside each apartment and outside EUR 10,00 for week. Air conditioning, euro 50,00 per week. • Booking
  In order to book definitely is required a 30% down payment. Balance to be paid on arrival. For group bookings, 50% of the total is required as a deposit.
• Cancellation
  In case of cancellation of the reservation at least 2 months before the arrival date, half of the down payment will be paid back.

• Note
  Small pets allowed, extra euro 50,00 if more than one.
  - Swimming pool open from 06/05/2023 to 07/10/2023.
  
  On the arrival it is necessary to leave your identity card for notification.
  People who weren't registered on the arrival are not allowed to stay and/or use the swimming pool and the playgrounds.
  Please watch your children in the pool and watch to observe the rules with respect to other guests.
  The swimming pool is fenced according to the new regional regulations and opened from 04.05.2024 until 12.10.2024.
  Pool opening: from 8.30 am until 8 pm (please respect the opening hours).
  Each guest has pay to for damages made to the farmstay and for the improper use of the equipment.
  We decline any responsibility for loss, theft or damage of things left in the apartment.
  The respect of these rules are compulsory and in the contrary case we will be forced not to allow the stay.
