During the months of October, November and December, guests can live the tradition together with the manual olive picking and the subsequent pressing, according to our antique methods: cold and slow pressing at about 400 atm, oil separation through natural decantation. Thanks to these procedures we obtain our Oro di Toscana, an oil of very low acidity, intense taste and colour.
