Given the Covid emergency, we modified our swimming pool water treatment system by inserting an automatic system for placing sodium hypochlorite in the tank (the classic AMUCHINA).

In addition, water filtration is ensured by a large diatomaceous filter which filters 7/8 times more than the traditional sand filter.
The barbecue and wood oven will be at your complete disposal for grilling meat or fish or to bake your own fresh bread and pizza. During the months of October, November and December, guests can live the tradition together with the olive picking and the subsequent pressing, according to our antique methods: cold and slow pressing, oil separation throug decantation. Thanks to these procedures we obtain our Oro di Toscana, an oil of very low acidity, intense taste and colour.
